1. Introduction
Welcome to KeCloud. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KeCloud website, CRM platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to any third party without our written consent.
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or offensive content.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to provide valid payment information.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our specific refund policy. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by KeCloud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KeCloud, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
